- LabRat Supplies provides free shipping on all orders! (Contiguous US only)
- Our products are typically shipped within 2 business days - You'll receive an email with the tracking information as soon as we ship it!
- The shipping method for your order will either be USPS First Class/Priority Mail (1-3 business days) or UPS Ground (1-5 business days)
- We do not ship internationally at this time.
Returns
- 30 Day Money Back Guarantee - You may return your item for any reason within 30 days after purchase provided the product has not been used and is still in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not pay for return shipping. Please ensure your product is mailed by insured, traceable methods at your local USPS, UPS, or FedEx store.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for our returns department to receive, inspect, and issue you your refund. Refunds usually take 3-5 business days before they're available in your account and will be refunded to the same form of payment used to place the order.
